The Global Graduate Preparatory Program [GradPrep], part of TMR Group, Inc., offers application, professional and spiritual development modules and fellowship opportunities for positive, global impact. We engage our Fellows and members in professional and spiritual development that is motivational, champions ethical and social responsibility, celebrates the diversity of God’s kingdom, and encourages Christian leadership. This is done through a three-pronged approach: leadership training, faith building, and global immersion. All components fortify participants’ ongoing pursuit of knowledge while strengthening leadership, service and global awareness acumen.

Our modules include:
APP- a series of 10 web-based modules to assist prospective graduate students with their applications.
FAITH- a hybrid of web-based modules and offline spiritual events for members to grow in their spiritual journey.
LEAD- leadership development can only be honed through the application of knowledge. We not only teach leadership principles, we give members the opportunity to apply their knowledge through GIM and other service-oriented opportunities. By attending offline leadership conferences and online modules as a group our members have the opportunity to continually develop their leadership acumen.
GIM- we select Global Fellows for GIM through a rigorous application process. For approximately two weeks, Global Fellows travel overseas to engage in international internships as well as humanitarian and missionary projects.
