Given companies’ budget cuts, there is a critical need for cost-effective recruitment and retention methods to find qualified, diverse candidates. The majority of prospective graduate students are Millennials, born between 1977 and 1997. In four years, they will comprise 50% of the global workforce. (Harvard Business Review, May 2010)

Due to the current and future influence of this demographic in the workplace, understanding how Millennials embrace Web 2.0 technologies, peer-to-peer mentoring and tacit knowledge will deem useful for companies. Recruiting through The Global Graduate Preparatory Program (GradPrep) and The MBADiversity Organization (MBADiversity) will yield aligning companies access to talent pre-filtered through our selectivity model “The 3 C’s”- Capability, Collaboration and Character.

There are several relational ways companies can align with GradPrep and/or MBADiversity. Here are a few:

  • Conduct mentoring and professional development through our LEAD modules
  • Offer informational interviews and internship opportunities
  • Global companies will benefit from our members interning with your company through our Global Immersion Module
  • Connect with our members via offline events, workshops and roundtables
  • Millennials enjoy mentoring and relationship-oriented interactions with employers. (Harvard Business Review, May 2010) Companies who align with us will not only benefit from quality recruitment but also a better understanding of this demographic. Help us understand your needs. We invite interested companies to take our FIT assessment here.
